CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY

Kim has nine years of experience in supporting individuals overcome anxiety, depression and in particular posttraumatic mental health problems.

Therapeutic style: Collaboration is key to Kim’s clinical psychology work. Initial sessions focus on gaining a shared and in-depth understanding of the main areas you are wanting support with. Your goals will take centre stage in guiding the focus of therapy and Kim offers a range of approaches to help you meet them.

How do I book an appointment?

Please use the contact form on this website and include the nature of your inquiry. Please note that as I only work one day a week, there is often a delay before I reply. I endeavor to respond to email inquiries during business hours on Monday mornings.

How much does a 50 minute session cost?

Fee $250

*If you have both a referral and Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $137.05 per session. More information about Mental Health Care Plans can be found here.

Can I use my private health insurance?

Please check with your health provider if psychology sessions are covered on your policy and the requirements are for reimbursement before making an appointment. Importantly, you cannot claim through Medicare and your health provider simultaneously.
